PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Goods are packaged up and sent out within 3 business days from receipt of payment.

KLR Diecast Models is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

KLR Diecast Models is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please include photos of all packaging material and damaged goods in the claim so that we can take it up with the Shipping company if applicable.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK, however, if you get in touch, we will look into ways we can ship to your address.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

However, if we hear from you after the 12 hours deadline, then the order will have been processed and we can no longer cancel. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

Under the Distance Selling act, we only offer a refund if you have contacted us within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please ensure you can provide proof of purchase.

When we have received your request, we will arrange for return, please ensure that the goods are in the same condition they were received and returned within 28 days of receipt.

Once the goods have been received, monies will be refunded to the same way you paid, within 14 days. We recommend you get proof of postage and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty.

Please do not return the goods, before we have agreed a refund.

Faulty Goods

If the goods arrive faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photo and/or video of the issue.
